The path to EA status at SFI every month is easier than you think.
One fault I would point to with the SFI Training program is that they spend a lot of time repeating the need to earn 1500 VP each month to keep your EA status and while they point the obvious way of placing a 1500 VP valued standing order of business cards etc.. They don’t show you enough of the small ways to go EA and stay there.
Now I will tell you that you still need the business cards, post cards etc… to be a success, so don’t get me wrong, but they need not be a massive burden when your business is young.
The reason SIM Team SFI focuses on 5 members and helping them get 5 members in the first 30-60 days is simple. Regardless of sales our team can maintain EA status by reaching it’s goals. In fact, we can make an easy path to Bronze Team Leader a 3,000 VP monthly position without spending a dime.
This is how we do it:
- You to-do list has 10 daily task including checking what’s new at Triple Clicks that add up to 11 VP earned per day. This on a 30 day month is 330VP.
- Using the downline messenger to motivate your team each month is worth 120 points a month sending 1 weekly message to your team.
- You can earn another 90 points from stream post as well.
That’s 540 VP just doing the to-do list alone and I haven’t gone over the who list of VP earnings like Launchpad and Getting Started.
540 VP is a long way from the 1500 for EA Status or the 3,000 for Bronze Team Leader* but we also earn a matching VP Bonus on the first 6 levels of referred affiliates. We use focus on 5 at the top and 5 under each of them. ( * = BTL requires matching 1500VP from sales or personal order.)
5 x 540 = 2700 VP plus your 540 and you are a Bronze Leader once you make 1500 matching points from sales or purchases.
Help your team get 5 each and you will get matching VP off 30 people in your wave even before they get 5 etc.. 30 x 540 = 16,200 VP every month even before we start making sales. Which is great because the number of Versa Points we have determine how many shares we get in the Executives pool and how many CSA’s we stand to get from other actions. Add in some sales or our own purchases and we move very rapidly up the earnings ladder to the the maximum out of SFI.
