Finding Niches, Buyers And Profits by Scot Standke

One of the toughest areas to understand, for the new Internet Marketer, is finding a niche and profiting from it. There are the challenges of competition, saturation, “freebie seekers” vs. buyers, seasonal trends, customer profiles, prices to charge, etc. Even the matter of what day of the week to make an offer is different from market to market.

Market research begins with finding a ready pool of buyers. It’s relatively easy to attract people to a source of information, if it’s free. Driving hungry buyers, with wads of cash to spend right now, to an offer they “don’t refuse” is a skill that takes knowledge and practice. It all starts with locating active buyers. Never make the mistake of trying to sell something that people don’t want. Go to where people are already spending money and help them spend some more.

The best place for the novice to begin (and the expert to expand) is people who are desperate. Here’s an example: if you have a wretchedly painful toothache for long enough, even a phobia about dentists won’t stop you from finding one and getting help. You certainly won’t mind paying a premium for an immediate appointment and quick relief. Now, consider all the painful, embarrassing, obsessive, nagging problems that people have, from physical challenges to greed for money, from lonely hearts to acne scars.

If you can find an affiliate program for a product or service that caters to such a buyer, or you can create one yourself, you have the makings of a niche market that will pay top dollar for your solution. Remember, these people are either hurting or greedy and have a powerful emotional drive to spend NOW. There is one rule you need to follow with this type of market: make a point of over-delivering on your promises to them. You’ll create a customer that will happily send more customers your way, via word-of-mouth advertising or your own affiliate program for your product or service.

Beyond desperate buyers, there are the folks with money to burn and a need for the best. Some of the most profitable online businesses serve rich individuals (and companies with big budgets) with exclusive products and services. One pair of designer sunglasses can retail for thousands of dollars. One corporate account for holiday gift giving can net you enough money to buy as many pairs of designer sunglasses as you could possibly want. Consider the luxury market when investigating niches. The amount of money spent in these niches is disproportionately large, when compared to the total amount of money spent online.

Finally, there’s your personal passion. If you love fishing, needlework, dogs, rock climbing, post cards or any of the hobbies and interests that appeal to other people, there’s a way to “monetize” that hobby for fun and profit. You can create an Authority site, a monthly membership site, deliver products and services in your niche or simply blog about it and put up advertising that appeals to your readers. By exploring the Internet for others who share your passion (and are making a buck doing it), you can begin to develop an idea that could become an excellent source of income for you.

The bottom line in Market Research is locating a market of buyers FIRST. Don’t put the cart before the horse, here. You may have what you think is the greatest idea since the invention of round, wheel-like thingies, but will sadly discover that no one wants to buy one from you. Find the river of money first and bring a bucket.

A Review Of The Traffic Tips Report By Justin Michie

Traffic Tips Report

I recently picked up a copy of Justin Michie’s Traffic Tips Report (free for a limited time). Let’s face it, getting traffic to your website or blog is a never ending challenge. But it’s a necessary challenge, because without traffic you can’t do much of anything. So you are probably—like me—always on the lookout for new traffic generation methods and as many good ways to do it as you possibly can.

The Traffic Tips Report claims to do just that. This is a recently released report from expert Internet marketer Justin Michie. Being an Internet marketer himself, Justin should have a good hold on traffic generation. But as with anything online I thought it was worth taking a closer look. And the results were actually quite impressive.

For starters, the report doesn’t just show you a few ways to generate website traffic, it delivers 247 unique ways to get traffic to your site. Right from the start that’s something that any website or blog owner can use. On top of that, the report is actually free! Justin is currently giving it away to anyone who wants it.

And even though it’s free, the methods outlined in this report should be able to increase your traffic significantly in just a matter of days. The great thing about this report is that it includes both free and paid traffic generation methods. So whether you are just starting out and you have time to invest but little money, or you’ve been making money online for awhile and have the money but not the time – there are plenty of ideas in here to up your traffic stats.

Just don’t let the amount of ideas in here overwhelm you—don’t try to do it all at once, pace yourself! Some of the methods will result in short term traffic and others will result in long term traffic. If you start with a few of short term and a few long term methods from this report you can give your site a quick burst of traffic right away while building long term traffic. This will help your traffic grow quickly and still sustain itself so you’ll be getting plenty of visitors month after month.

The report has been reviewed by some of the most successful and well known Internet marketers. Joel Comm and Willie Crawford both highly recommended it, when Justin was charging money for it (it had been selling at the discounted rate of $7). Joel calls it a “really valuable resource” that all Internet marketers should have. And Willie “recommends it to all of his clients and subscribers”. When you have endorsements like these you really can’t go wrong!

Another great thing about this report is that it will work for any type of niche. It doesn’t matter if you have a website on puppies or a blog about day trading. There are traffic generation methods in it that will work for everyone and every niche.

As we all know the Internet is constantly evolving. To be successful, you have got to stay ahead of your competition. You can easily do this by using some of these unique marketing methods Justin has outlined. If you use just one of these methods, you could easily double the amount of traffic you are receiving. Just imagine what could happen if you use 10, 50 or all 247? You would have a traffic explosion! All from one little report.

So if you are looking for unique ways to drive more traffic to your site, you really need to look no further than the Traffic Tips Report. If you want a copy (while it’s still free) you can download it here. It’s a no-brainer decision!

Jaw-Dropping Membership Offer By John Thornhill

PlanetSMS Digital Mentorship Monthly

We all get countless e-mails from the people earning full-time off the Net, telling us to buy their latest e-book, usually filled with claims that it will be the last e-book we’ll ever need (til their next e-mail).

But how often has anyone offered to show us what to do, month by month, and help us out with question and answer sessions, special requests, FREE products to help us build our business etc.?

You get this kind of offers too all the time.

It’s called mentoring and it normally costs an arm and a leg!

But here is someone who walks the talk and REALLY shows us how he does it, not just what he thinks we we should do!

…For a price that just doesn’t fit the process. I think the mentor just went short-circuit for a while.

However, he is not someone to charge low because he dare not possibly charge higher enough.

If you are a big fan of John Thornhill and can’t get enough of him, go check out his latest offering now. I’d grab my spot in his PlanetSMS Digital Mentorship Monthly; it’s not one for you to wait around for too long to make a decision since as a mentor John can only spare so much attention to a limited number of people, so go tale a look at what you can learn from a veteran eBay PowerSeller.

Important WP Blog Search Engine Optimization Areas to Focus Your Attention On

There is no shortage on advice in terms of what folks must do to better a WordPress blog’s position in the search engine listings.

Certain people agree, certain people differ, and some people are out-and-out puzzling.

According to the consensus views of the experts, these are the 4 top ranking elements for SERPs.

Correct Keywords in the Title Tag

The use of the correct keywords in the text for the title tag of a WordPress page is extremely important. It does not only promote better rankings, it also helps with better click-through from the SE listings to the blog. It is of little use to be high up in the search results and not receive that many clicks. The primary goal should be to get as many targeted visitors to your site as possible.

Those keywords that the searcher used are bolded in the results of the search. When the right keyphrase of your title is highlighted, it stands a higher chance of being seen and receiving that mouse click. However, highlighted keywords don’t comprise the only element to think about when composing the page title tag.

A smartly crafted page title, that invites and entices the searcher to click through, can give you a lot of extra clicks. It is more advantageous to receive a hundred clicks from listing number 5 through having an eye-catching page title tag compared with fifty clicks from the third listing with a badly written page title, wouldn’t you agree?

The Anchor Text used by Inbound Links

The anchor text that’s used in the link that points to your website from another site counts a lot in the SE computations to determine what your website is focused on. And, what your site is focused on defines mostly what keywords it will rank for in the search engine listing.

If at all you can influence in any way the anchor text that other websites use with their links to your site, then it is an extremely productive investment of your time.

The more websites that link to your website using a particular keyword, or alternate versions of that keyword, will cause the search engines to more eagerly compute that your site is all about that particular keyphrase.

It’s even better if the content of the destination page on your website contains that particular keyphrase and phrases similar in meaning.

The Global Link Popularity of the Website

The number of links that are pointed to a site is used by the search engines to calculate the importance of a website. They take into account both quality of links and the quantity of the hyperlinks.

The more different sites that have links to your site, the higher the search engines will calculate the deemed importance of your site.

The building of links does not end.

One can never have enough backlinks pointing to your site. It’s true that one can build backlinks too fast and that could trigger some alerts with the search engines.

However, if performed as an ongoing action with a longer term outlook, every link is worth the resources spent in getting it. They all add up to a higher deemed importance of your website.

Link Popularity in the Site’s Internal Link Structure

The fact is that some of your pages will attract more links than other pages. Those that don’t get lots of external links could be the actual income generating pages that you’d aim to rank high in the search engines. The internal linking structure, and the anchor text used for the internal links, is the way to distribute PageRank inside the perimeters of your site. The wisest approach is to acquire the plugin for search engine optimization of WP that gives you full control over the linking structure on your site.

Some SEO professionals say that an internal link has the same value as a link from an external page. That doesn’t mean your website will rank by having only internal links.

What it does mean is that you can cause a page to be ranked by having internal links pointing to it even though it doesn’t have lots of external backlinks, on the condition that the rest of the site has accumulated sufficient PageRank from external backlinks.

American Forum Hosting Helps Like Minds Connect

Many companies and individuals use the internet as a community of like-minded individuals to share thoughts and ideas and there are many different free forum hosting sites that provide this capability. While some businesses may require a bit more versatility with their forums, the availability of free forum hosting makes this unique method of communication available to nearly everyone. Web’s best info about web hosting is here.

Many of the free forum hosting sites allow users to determine the style and layout of their individual sites as well as link to them from their business or personal websites. For example, families can use the free forum hosting in conjunction with their personal web hosting site to allow all members of the family to post information about family events. Birthday party pictures and other life-changing events can be shared with everyone, regardless of where they live as all they need is access to the internet to view the information.

Information sharing is also available with many of the free forum hosting sites, allowing consumers to share their delight as well as dismay with how certain companies conduct business. Owners of these forums should retain the right to view and delete certain items on their free forum hosting sites to prevent them from being used for illegal or immoral purposes. While some laws may indicate that information posted on forums are not the responsibility of the site owner, keeping it clean and relevant to the site can help boost business acceptance.

Forums Makes Customer Contact Easier

Numerous businesses allow customers to access their forums and free forum hosting gives all companies, regardless of their size, the opportunity to offer this idea and information sharing without a lot of effort. Experienced users may opt for a more complicated site, but most of the free forum hosting companies help even the novice forum host get their site up and running quickly.

Typically, to begin using free forum hosting registration will be required with only the bare information requested to help keep tabs on the people establishing a forum. Sharing of ideas can also be used by companies when they have people spread across the country or around the globe and a moderator can help pull all the information together.

In today’s business climate, the need to control costs is a concern to every business owner and a free forum hosting site can help do just that. Businesses can offer this service on their website and glean the input from their visitors to help them better meet the needs of the consumer.

Different Options Available For Web Hosting

You will need to look into a web hosting account, whether you are setting up a personal site with which the family can share photographs and information or looking to get your business on the Internet. When you finally make the decision to put your business or personal life online, you will find many different options for web hosting and the service you choose will largely depend on the type of Internet home you plan to build.

Some companies offer free web hosting that allows you a certain amount of bandwidth every month and for many personal sites, this will be sufficient, but businesses may not have enough access to their sites with the typically limited amount of bandwidth offered at no charge. Commonly, many companies offer free services at around 50MB of bandwidth per month. If families are going to post a lot of photographs on their site, these free web hosting offers may not be enough to handle the load.

The amount of bandwidth is not only for the content of the site, it also includes the information sent to and from the site be you and any visitors to the site, which is very important to understand when looking into web hosting. An average picture can eat up as much as 2MB by itself, leaving the available space on your web hosting account likely insufficient for your purposes.

Available Scripts Another Important Consideration

When choosing web hosting, the type of information included on your site must also be considered, as some services do not offer the use of all scripts available for Internet use. For example, if you plan to upload music onto your site, such as a family singalong, if the service is unable to offer streaming audio on the web hosting service, it may not be the best service you could choose.

Prices for web hosting can also vary tremendously, typically based on the bandwidth available, the amount of storage space you will have on the web hosting company’s servers, the number of e-mail accounts included and many other factors. The company’s reputation for being available is the one thing that should be on top of the list.

Some of the free or least expensive web hosting services have excellent reputations for being up and running. In most instances, a 99% uptime is considered the standard, meaning your website will likely show an error or be unavailable only 1% of the time.

Whether you are looking to start a business or personal site, you will want to look into a web hosting account. Make sure you pick the right hosting plan for your wants. Visit www.webhosting.jsgenterprises.com for more web hosting articles.

How to Be a Guest Writer for a Popular Blog – Even if No One Has Ever Heard of You!

Everyone who wants a higher search engine ranking knows that article marketing is an easy and free way to build exposure for your site. But that’s not the only thing you can do to generate more visits to your website. Another often-overlooked source of highly targeted visitors and potential buyers is this…

Writing “guest articles” on a related blog in your industry. It’s as easy as writing to the owner with an idea in mind. You agree to write one (or more) blog posts for them in exchange for the typical by-line at the bottom—and they get to take the day off from writing in their blog. It’s a win-win situation for both parties—and it’s free!

To get the most benefit out of being a guest author, you’ll want to be prepared beforehand. Here’s what you do:

1. Brainstorm possible articles you could write for the blog you’re interested in. Make sure to have a list of possible topics to write about before you contact the site owner.Who knows, perhaps one or two postings will lead to a spot as a regular contributor?

2. Craft your resource box carefully. This is the 3-5 line bio that appears at the end of your post. You want to drum up interest in your products with your bio, as well as showcase your expertise in the field. Not to mention sprinkling a few keyword phrases in for good measure. So for example, let’s say Jane is a guest author for a blog about dog grooming, and she wants to promote her own dog grooming business in the bio box.

Rather than writing something like: Jane Doe is a professional dog groomer at 123 Dog Groomers. Visit her site at www.123DogGroomers.com for more dog grooming tips.

As you can see, there’s no real incentive there to click. Instead, consider writing a more interest-generating resource box, such as: Dog grooming professional Jane Doe runs 123DogGroomers.com selling top-quality dog grooming supplies and products to pamper your pet and keep them looking great! Visit our website for 10% off your order!

By using the power of targeted keywords as well as a coupon code for visitors, Jane will get more relevant traffic and orders to her site from this single article!

3. Have samples of your writing ready. If the blog owner is interested in your site, chances are, they’ll ask you to provide some samples of your writing. Even if you’ve never guest authored a blog before, have some sample articles ready to show them your experience and writing skills. It will go a long way in proving your credibility, showcasing your writing skills and maximizing your ability to communicate to an audience.

In the end, even if the blog owner says “no thanks”, there are literally millions of blogs for you to consider. To find them, simply search Google for “yourkeyword blog”—and replace “yourkeyword” with your type of industry, such as “dog grooming blog”.

Here’s to your success as a new guest writer!

Tell Your Story In Your Book.

The Information Age is dead. We stand at the beginning of a new era. We used to live in the Information Age, but you know how it goes when everyone jumps into the pool. Too much of a good thing became a bad thing. I know you know it. We both know that everyone is glutted with more information than we know what to do with. You surf the web and there is page after page of information, right? But how do you sort and sift through it all and solve your problems? How do you get what you need—quickly?

We used to want information, but now we want something better. That is why we are at the dawn of a new age. The Recommendation Age. People don’t want information. They want solutions to their problems, and that means they need information filtered through the understanding of someone who has gone before them. And that’s going to be YOU! You will write your book and become a famous expert in your area.

In his book, The Long Tail, Chris Anderson wrote about the dawning of this new age. He said that what people want is not more information, but a trusted filter who can give context to the content.

Your life experiences and passions give you the natural capacities to make recommendations to others. It’s human nature. You do it all the time in small ways. Consider it. Haven’t you ever told a friend—or even a stranger—to steer clear of a product that didn’tt live up to expectations? Haven’t you ever suggested a tasty dish at a restaurant, or told a friend why she would absolutely love a movie you just saw?

I know you have. We all do this. That is why we need Recommendation Marketing. It’s time to profit from a natural human tendency. Since four out of five people want to write a book, chances are excellent that you have always dreamed of telling your own tale and leaving your own legacy.

It’s time for YOU to write your book and become an expert millionaire.

Where do people go when they have a problem? The Internet. This is where you should start. Promote your book online.

We are overwhelmed by information. The Internet’s greatest advantage is that it levels the playing field. Now everybody with a computer and an internet connection has access to the same information. But the greatest asset has also become the greatest annoyance. Today we are drowning in information. We are over-communicated to.

What will you recommend? How will YOU solve other people’s problems. The type of writing that sells the best on the internet is non-fiction. People want help solving their challenges.

What problems will YOU solve for people? Look to your own life. What do you do naturally that other people struggle with? What challenges have you overcome?

The information age is dead. We’re drowning in information. What people want now is for an expert to recommend a solution. The Recommendation Age is here. Take your place as an expert and cash in on the Recommendation Age by writing YOUR book—starting now!

What is an Article?

You have been writing articles for many years. So you have a fair idea about how to write an article and what to write in it. Yet, it would not be out of place to recapitulate what you have learned so far about an article.

What is an Article?

The word ‘Article’ means an attempt. It is an attempt to write in a single prose-piece one’s own ideas, impressions, thoughts, feelings or opinions on a given subject. It may be in the form of information, narration, description, exposition or argument.

Difficulties faced by people: Usually people face two difficulties in writing an article: (1) What to write and (2) How to write it.

What to write is the difficulty related to the subject matter. People may not have sufficient ideas, information, experience or thinking about the subject of an article. This difficulty can be overcome by a lot of reading, by observing things around us, by coming into contact with people from various walks of life and by doing things. people will be able to write well on what they have read, seen, heard or done.

The difficulty of how to write results from lack of sufficient vocabulary and power of expression. Students may not have enough and proper words to express what they want to and they may not have mastery of different sentence structures to say how they want to say. Here also reading will help them immensely. Extensive reading will provide them with a sufficient and rich fund of words on various subjects and familiarise them with various sentence structures. Intensive reading will fix the structures and main ideas in their minds.

How to write an article:

1. You can’t write an article unless you have sufficient knowledge of the subject. If you don’t have sufficient knowledge of the subject, read the necessary books, consult your teachers and elders and get the necessary information from them. This information will provide you with the necessary vocabulary also, since it is expressed in language.

2. Don’t start writing the essay straightaway. First think about the subject and jot down the ideas as they come in the form of points. Arrange the points under proper headings. All the related ideas must be put together under the same heading. Now you will have an outline of the essay which should be followed while writing the essay.

3. Once the outline is ready, you can start writing the essay. An essay has 3 main parts: beginning, middle and end.

a. In the beginning the subject is introduced or defined. Introduction should be brief, striking and interesting, because the first impression is the last impression. The topic may be introduced directly or through appropriate quotation, proverb, anecdote, brief story, personal remark or reminiscence, reflection or a question. Good beginning is essential because well-begun is half done.

b. The middle is in fact the heart of the essay. It is here that the main ideas are developed. They are discussed and illustrated. This is the main body of the essay. If necessary, this section may be divided into paragraphs. Each paragraph must be built up round a single idea or point and all the paragraphs must be connected in a continuous and logical sequence.

c. The end is the conclusion. All the ideas and the discussion in the body are summed up here. The end must be effective and satisfying. It must not be abrupt but must come naturally as a logical conclusion.

4. There must be unity and continuity in an essay. All the ideas or thoughts must be built round the main idea or thought and must be arranged in a logical order in their proper sequence, so that the whole essay reads like one continuous piece.

Each sentence must lead to the next. All the paragraphs should be so connected as to develop the ideas in a logical order.

5. Avoid unnecessary words and phrases. Never use any word or phrase, the meaning of which is not known to you.

6. Be brief, simple and clear. Say what you want to say directly and in a simple, unambiguous way. Avoid long, complicated sentences. Use small, simple sentences. Avoid high-sounding words and phrases.

7. Let there be balance and proportion in the development of ideas.

8. Do not use unnecessary illustrations or figures of speech. Illustrations and figures of speech must come naturally in the presentation.

9. Do not imitate anybody. Say what you want to say in your own words, in your own way. Gradually, after sufficient practice you will develop your own style.

10. Remember that writing a good essay requires good practice.

Instantly Multiply Article Marketing Efforts by 10x!

Article MarketingArticle Marketing Has Just Changed FOREVER.

Article Marketing started off as something that you had to do manually to the top article directories…

Then came semi-automated software, to make it easier to do what you used to do manually.

After this it was article submission services that submit to these article directories for you. You will know these services well and may have even used them before.

What I am about to reveal to you now is “Next Generation” article marketing: Real websites that will accept your articles in a completely automated manner so that all you need to do is write great quality content.

Did I mention that each website will also get a unique version of the article you write if you follow the system?

What about the fact that there are thousands of sites in the system that you could instantly have your articles published on?

As if that were not enough, what if I also told you that a select group of beta testers have been using this very same system to dominate front page Google results for keywords in their niche and that you can have access to the very same system at a crazy low price?

This “Next Generation” marketing service is called Article Marketing Automation.

Let me rephrase how AMA works again.

No longer do you have to submit your articles to article directories. Before AMA comes along, article directories are the only places that accept your articles, then through these places other webmasters are free to republish your articles on their sites, but they still need to do it the hands-on way by copy-and-paste.

The AMA process takes article directories out of the picture. AMA members register their blogs to accept articles as blog feeds while they can submit their articles at the same time. It’s a 2-way street. As a webmaster on the receiving end, your blog receives fresh content without any more effort on your part and as a publisher, your articles get spread out to all the websites registered with AMA…hundreds of them! Receive more exposure and backlinks to your sites, yes?

I am not sure how long they will keep the service at such a low price for…

Or how long they will keep an Article Marketing system like this open for.

All I know is that I have my membership secured and that you can guarantee that very soon they will have 1000’s of people trying to get access to this same system.

If you want to take advantage of being one of the first users in the system and start distributing your articles in a way that gives you up to 10x the results.

Then you should join today before they change their price or close the doors!

5 Tremendous Suggestions That Will Help You Build Your Own Mailing List

How many instances have you came across the quotation “money is in the list?”

The web marketing magnates these days know what it suggests by heart. One of the several things they share in common is a considerable, and ever receptive, mailing list. Believe it or not, they get most of their profits from their own lists.

Here are 5 excellent suggestions that will help you build your specific mailing list.

1. Offer complimentary merchandise. Whether it’s a guide product similar to an e-book or a special data, a software program, or any other kind of programmed commodity, you can capture your prospects’ notice by offering such goodies free if charge. Render their subscription to your mailing list a prerequisite for the download of the alleged goods. This is definitely the most effective, hence the most famous means of developing a huge mailing list at a rather hasty time.

2. Form enterprise with other entrepreneurs who retain receptive lists. Do you want immediate upshots? Hunt on the same wave length capitalists and make a JV with them. Basically, you’ll just have to generate a consortium of products coming from each JV associate’s array. You can promote these products to your intended market for free, or for a small, low amount. So, here’s the idea: before a prospect can use a product, he should first join to the product holder’s list. If you can manage a JV consisting of 5 partners, each prospect can probably register all of the 5 mailing lists concerned.

3. List exchange. Look for a marketer with a large list. Propose to promote his list in your postings to the affiliates of your list. Get him to do likewise. The result is fantastic! You’d be able to develop each other’s list!

4. Promise substantial discounts for your forthcoming goods. A best method to secure your targets’ registration is by persuading them with anything useful. The thought of winning astonishing savings for future items you will sell will be an exceptional incentive for them to commend you with their links.

5. Implement a squeeze page. Simply create a highly educational page that will encourage your guests’ attention. Though, only part of the figures you will display should be immediately seen. If your visitors would want to know more about the topic you are conferring, require them to register to your mailing list to gain access to the remainder of the said data. This is a good method of expanding your list very, very quick.

Learn How To Write For An Online Audience

One of the issues that an affiliate marketer must understand is how to compose for an online consumer. This is due to the reason that, on the Internet, an online capitalist is limited to written expressions when it comes to imparting his thoughts. If he can write superior than other affiliate entrepreneurs, then he has more than a fair probability of defeating them.

Here, composing for an Internet market is very much different than composing for print journal.

For starters, web users are less tolerant. They scan substance on the screen, which is more stressful for the eyes. Lovers of print journals have more options when it comes to expending the content they are handed with, thus making their experience more pleasurable.

Also, Internet users have more selections which they can simply avail of. If they don’t want what they’re reading, they can go to another page at the click of a button. Capturing their interest and sustaining their attention are a must when it comes to composing online content.

These are some very fundamental tips when composing for an writing market:

1. Make certain your titles are captivating. Banners contain the first few statements that your patrons will see when they navigate your site. Most times, they will subconsciously critique your whole site based on the first impression they get from your banner. You only have 3 seconds to sway them to stay, and such can only be accomplished by means of a catchy headline.

2. Formulate your piece simple to peruse. Use bullets and numberings as much as you can. Below 15% of your visitors will peruse all of what you will post. A lot of them will peruse through every part, searching for for the information they want or tidbits they will deem captivating. You can make things easy for them by formatting your page for simple browsing. You can also highlight vital statements of your content , via bold fonts or variation of hues.

3. Keep your words understandable. Write just like you’re telling a message to a 12-year-old child. This isn’t meant to insult your prospective client. This is so because the average reading knowledge of internet users is that of a 12-year-old pupil.

4. Make your paragraphs short. This will provide more empty rooms for your net page. Empty spaces is called negative rooms, and it is very important for online publications. Negative rooms permits your visitors’ eyes to rest. Net design experts even concur that 2/3 of a whole net page should be composed of negative room.

Afraid To Take A Vacation? Put Your Business On Cruise Control by Nicole Dean

“I started my business so that I’d have freedom, but I’ve never felt more trapped…”

I come across a statement like that at least once a day on a forum post or in e-mail. You start your Internet business because of the freedom of being your own boss and working on your own schedule and then promptly sit on your hind-end for 12 hours/day EVERY DAY. No wonder you feel burnt out.  And no wonder family and friends are feeling neglected when all you can think and talk about is your business.

Freedom sounds pretty miserable to me if it means freedom from fun and the ones that I love.

So, how do you break free?

Start by taking a good look at your business and getting your goals and priorities straight. Don’t worry, it’s not nearly as complicated as it sounds. I’ll walk you through it right now. Ready?

Grab a pen and a piece of paper or open your favorite word processor. Divide your page into four columns.

Now you’re ready to brainstorm. Write everything down as it comes to mind. Don’t overthink this. Just start writing.

First, figure out what is working. Whatever it is. It may be one of your websites, your e-courses, a joint venture, a certain marketing method. Where is the bulk of your money coming from, currently? (If none yet, where do you believe will be the place where the largest profits will come from?) Write those items in column #1 under: “Do More”.

Second, figure out what is not bringing in money. Is it hanging out on forums or posting classified ads to freebie sites? Is it endlessly checking your stats, or e-mail? What are your daily time-suckers? Write those under column #2: “Do Less”.

Third, figure out what could work better. Do you have upsells in place? Are your websites designed to bring you cash from every visitor? Make a list of ideas in column #3: “Improvements”. (If you don’t know yet, don’t worry. There are plenty of ways to improve your business as you learn and grow.)

Fourth, figure out what can be automated. Which tasks are repetitive and boring, albeit necessary? Many of those types of tasks can be automated with simple tools. For instance, if you’re submitting articles to directories by hand, there are tools and services to do that for you. Add these to column #4: “Automation”.

Now that you’re armed with your list, it’s time to get to work.

Look at your list in Column #1: “Do More”. Those are the tasks that you should focus your energies on. It’s a good idea to tackle one or two of the tasks on that list first thing in the morningevery morning. Believe me, it’s much more productive than checking out your favorite blogs or logging into twitter. And you’ll be amazed at how much you can get done quickly when your mind is fresh.

Look at your list in Column #2: “Do Less”. These activities should be forbidden until after you get your #1 list done, if you do them at all. For instance, hanging out on Twitter is fun, but do not do it until everything in column #1 is finished for the day.

Now, go back to Column #1, 3, and 4. Your “Do More”, “Improvements”, and “Automation” lists.

Look at all of the items that are on those three lists. Now, circle each task that you …

• Can’t Do
• Don’t Have Time to Do
• Don’t Want To Do

Those are the tasks that you’ll outsource.

Freedom means a lot of things. It means freedom to do the things that you want to do. However, it also means freedom to NOT do things that you really dislike doing.

For me, it’s graphics. I have outsourced all of my graphics since 2001. I don’t have the time, patience or inclination to learn how to make my own graphics. I have more important things to do, like write this article and then go on a bike ride with my son. Perhaps when I get back from my bike ride, my graphics will be waiting for me in my inbox.

Now, that’s freedom to me.

Outsource Weekly

Want to outsource but don’t know where to start? Nicole Dean and Jimmy D. Brown invite you to Outsource Weekly where you’ll learn how you can get free time (and earn more money) while others run your business for you.

Real business empires are not built on personal expertise…

When you are in business for yourself, especially one that is conducted online, you’ll find there are a number of different things for you to learn about that can save you time and make you money. Outsourcing is by far one of the more exciting things to discover and put to use.

All too common is the business owner who feels they have to do everything themselves in order for things to go smoothly in their online venture.

This couldn’t be further from the truth! In case you’re curious about why so many online business owners are singing the praises of outsourcing, keep reading to see just 5 of the many benefits it can obtain:

1) More Value For Your Time: When you own an online business, one of the most important things to remember is how much your time is really worth.

When you think about the dull or repetitive tasks that you are doing, you’ll find this work is not worth your high per-hour price tag!

When you outsource, you’ll pay someone else to take care of those responsibilities while you give attention to the more important, money-making projects.

2) Saving Resources: Think about everything that goes into the tasks that you would outsource. This will range from things like your time and space to costs such as Internet and software.

After a while all of these costs add up. For instance, graphics software can get quite expensive. If you are outsourcing an activity, you get more than just the task itself out of the way.

You will also get someone who specializes in areas of your business that you may not know quite as well as or have no desire to learn. More than likely these people will already have the tools needed to complete their assignment.

Depending on the project, this might save you money and learning time. This brings me to the next benefit of outsourcing.

3) Going To The Experts: The tasks you are outsourcing might be ones that you have no desire to learn about, whether they are troubleshooting, manufacturing, taking orders, website design and maintenance, or something else.

By handing the work over to an expert who enjoys and makes it their business to know these things, you’ll be able to take advantage of their knowledge in the area without having to learn it yourself.

This in turn will give your customers or clients more than you could possibly give them yourself.

4) Expand: When you outsource, you will soon realize that you are in a great place when it comes to getting more involved with your business. You will be able to expand and provide everything your customers need.

Outsourcing frees you up to try new things with your business, learn more and experience new aspects of your industry.

5) Accountability: When you outsource, you will have a contract with the person or company you are working with.

By having someone else who is depending on work from you, you are more apt to stay ahead of the game by planning better and making sure that your tasks are getting completed as well.

When you first begin learning about and implementing outsourcing techniques within your business, you’ll find out those boring or repetitive tasks can easily be handed off to someone who enjoys doing them.

This will allow you, as the business’ owner, to free up more time to concentrate on more important aspects of your business such as product creation, advertising, networking and other marketing practices.

These are the things that will help your business to grow even more profitable. That’s how you leverage on other people’s expertise.
