Attracting targeted traffic to your website can be a hard piece of work, but it is absolutely needed to make money with online or affiliate marketing. Here are some effective ways to get more targeted visitors to your website.
1. Use photo sharing sites like Flickr to post pictures related to your websites topic. Be sure to write an interesting description and tag them with related keywords. Tagging will help to make your pictures popular.
2. Social bookmarking is another powerful way to attract more targeted traffic to your website. Join several social bookmarking services and start submitting your website. Many user of these websites use them just like search engines, so make sure to tag your bookmarks with related keywords.
You can submit each of your web pages, not only your homepage, but it is important to include some other links to other websites too, so your submissions do not look like spam.
