Ball Mill Working Theory
Dived by external gear,this ball mill is horizontally tubular running type device with two cavities. The raw material enters spirally and evenly into the first cavity through input middle hollow axle. In this part, there are ladder or ripple plates, as well as different types of steel ball. Formed during cylinder rotating,the centrifugal force brings those balls into a certain height. And consequently the materail is stricked and grinded. After that, the material enters through single layer plate into the second cavity for the further grinding, which had been embedded with flat plate and steel balls. In the end, the powder is discharged by output grate plate and the milling function have been realized.
Ball Mill Structure Characteristic
This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control ) and so on. With casting steel fot the middle hollow axle, replacable lining, casting rolling gear for the rotating big gear embedded werable plates in the cylinder, the ball mill shows the characteristic of bearing well with wearing, running steadily and woking reliably.
Remark: These mill has two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process.
