Our Destiny - Humanity is experiencing a great awakening as we currently enter this time of transformation. Many of us are searching for deeper meaning in our lives as we change jobs, end old relationships, begin new ones, relocate to new places and dream bold, creative new dreams. All around us we witness to the fact that ordinary people are now asking questions, demanding answers and requesting greater accountability from our governments, churches and large institutions that hold power over us. And what is the driving force behind these world wide events? This scenario for change that is occurring everywhere is being driven by the waves of light that are continually bombarding our solar system and the earth plane. And in the near future all who choose to fully participate in the new raising of consciousness will be transmuted into higher dimensional bodies of light.

Our entire Milky Way galaxy makes one complete revolution around its central sun and this great cycle, known as the solar precession, takes approximately 26,000 years to complete. We also know that early Egyptian astronomers were able to forecast past and future solar precession dates from records they left in the pyramid of Giza. Within this great precession cycle is a 2,000 year period when our solar system passes through a band of extremely high energy. This band has been referred to as the Photon Belt. It is a period of intense light that we have now entered and which will bring all life forms within it into a new and higher vibration. This photon light energy has the capacity to lift all of life into a higher frequency dimension. It carries the seeds for the potential enlightenment of all beings as the atomic structures within the very cells of our bodies, are tuning themselves to match the rising frequencies. We are shifting from a third dimensional carbon based body (that is from one that matches the vibratory rate and direction of atomic spin characterized by the electrons that make up carbon) to a fifth or higher dimensional crystalline body (that is to one that matches the atomic spin and frequency of crystal). So too the bodies of animals, plant life and all upon and within the earth are making this transition with us, as is our entire galaxy.

Our light bodies are also being activated as these new energies recalibrate our dormant DNA strands that contain the blueprint of ourselves as divine and fully conscious beings. Currently most of humanity has only two functioning strands of DNA, intertwined into a double helix. This portion of our DNA structure contains information pertaining to our biology - such as our individual features and the genetic information passed on through our family lines, eg: a paternal grandfather’ s tendency toward arthritis, or a mother’s genes for musical talent. These two strands also hold the genetic codes for our physical evolution. But there is another part of our DNA structure that has to do with the spiritual component of the human being, one that science has not presently considered. If one is persuaded that the human being consists of a soul imbedded within a biological body, then it should logically follow that the genetic links within each individual would also contain spiritual information. And if this is so what has become of it?

The Manipulation of Our DNA

Many of these spiritual elements were deliberately turned off in our ancient history because there was a struggle to control this aspect of a human being. Very dark energy extraterrestrial forces, who were also genetic engineers, desired to keep the development of humankind firmly under their control. They achieved this through the use of genetic manipulation to produce fear and domination. This event occurred in Atlantis, over 200,000 years ago, when the human DNA molecule was breached. When these dark forces unravelled and reprogrammed our DNA, they were able to shut down and isolate many of its strands and human DNA was reduced to only a double helix. The disconnection of our original DNA manipulation resulted in a ‘veil’ being placed between our five physical senses and our spiritual awareness. However there was a promise given from the higher realms. At some time in our future we would be allowed to develop again according to the divine blueprint of the original plan.

In the meantime humanity had to undergo a long and painful period of spiritual development. Those guiding our spiritual heritage have sent representatives to assist us to elevate our thoughts and desires, so as to grow spiritually and regain our lost abilities. These advanced souls include the prophets, Jesus Christ, Muhammed, the Buddha and many others.

The fully conscious human being has twelve strands of functional DNA. Beyond our double helix are ten additional dormant soul strands. When these are finally activated we will experience a total expansion of our consciousness and fully access our light bodies. Originally there were over 2,000 particles in our DNA that allowed these higher spiritual abilities to function. All strands are not positioned within the physical part of our biology either, as many reside on the plane inhabited by our higher mind. Our individual souls are so much greater than what we can perceive with our five physical senses, because these more lofty abilities are not all found within our physical bodies. Instead they are accessed on a higher spiritual plane or vibration and not in the denser physical levels of gasses and solids.

The recoding of our DNA is happening automatically as we all begin to transition the photon belt. Presently our solar sun steps down these powerful energies as they emanate from the centre of the universe. And like the workings of a giant clock, the planets have found the positions that allow these higher and finer energies to reach us. On the surface of our Earth many energy vortexes and star gates are being opened by awakened humans who gather during important events: eclipses, equinoxes, solstices etc. to anchor and ground the incoming energies. The source of this mighty and uplifting energy that is pouring downwards to us comes from “All That Is,” the Great Creator.

Activating Our Light Bodies

Already some individuals have moved beyond their double helix by working upward toward the full twelve strands that mark their next level of achievement. Many of them are assisting others to recode and activate their added DNA strands. Individuals can also begin to help themselves to turn on the inactive aspects of their DNA in order to experience a higher state of consciousness. Adopting greater compassion and unconditional love in our daily lives begins the reclaiming of the light codes needed for our advancement. These codes cover a wide range of spiritual abilities that cluster around peace, unity, cooperation, integrity, truthfulness and cultivating a sense of beauty. Others influence our abilities toward achieving telepathy, stronger intuition, physic gifts and an immortal physical body.

The latter code will allow us, in future, to inhabit a body of light that will look youthful and beautiful and will not deteriorate or die. The light body can be regenerated so that injuries and scars are changed through the consciousness that controls and inhabits these bodies. When we can conceive of living in a body halfway between the physical realm and light, where it does not decay but instead becomes a shimmering mass - that is the blueprint for the immortal physical body that will come into being. This light body is the reconciliation between the soul and the dense physical body, between the physical and the spiritual. It is the fully energetic, perfect container for our evolving souls as it allows for the total use of all our spiritual skills and abilities. This light body is our true destiny.

Tools for Light Body Activation

The portal between the physical body and the realms of energy and light is the body’s endocrine or hormonal system. Through this portal, transmissions from our light bodies are mediated into physical chemical messages. These then enter the blood stream as hormones, which regulate the life force energy distribution and functioning of our physical bodies. Light energy from higher dimensions first enters the body at the pineal gland. This small gland located in the brain is the crucial portal for the reception of higher vibrations of light. It is shaped somewhat like a pineapple and has a lens covering its front. Our pituitary gland, or master gland, then directs the light energy to the various ductless glands of the endocrine system throughout the body.

A good way to balance the physical body and to activate the light body is to work with the breath and the energy of the thymus gland or ‘high heart.’ Within the heart charka, energy emissions are experienced in their essence as unconditional love. Because the heart charka also acts as the master chakra for the lungs, the act of breathing also serves to activate the thymus. When you breathe deeply, as in meditation, the heart energy flows smoothly to produce that sense of calm and relaxation. And when you breathe while focusing on the heart charka, you will flood your system with the light energy of unconditional love. The thymus is a ductless gland associated with the functioning of the heart chakra and also has much to do with telepathy. It is available to anyone that knows what it is and how to open it. It is located in the middle of the chest above the heart. To open your thymus, look at your chest area just above the heart and take several gentle, focused breaths directed at that space. You will notice that you are breathing differently than you were a few moments before.

To activate the thymus gland first remove your wrist watch, jewellery, and glasses. Hold the back straight, your head looking straight ahead and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands on your knees, open with the palms facing down on your knees. Close your eyes. Visualize your throat centre as a high blue and spinning rapidly. Then picture your heart centre as high green spinning less quickly than your throat chakra. As they both spin a little faster see them expanding. Continue until they are large enough to touch one another. When they touch the spin ceases. When this happens raise the palms of your hands upward to cover these two centres of your body. It doesn’t matter which hand is which just so one is over the throat centre and one over the heart centre. Slide your hands together then flatten them together, parallel to the thymus centre. Keep them tightly together and say aloud, ‘Separate… Spin’ Then it is done.

Finish the activation by tapping firmly on that area of the chest. It does not have to be hard, but tap until it becomes tender. Then let it rest and tap the area once again. You have opened a portal here at the thymus that will allow you to receive certain information. This portal also lets all higher entities know that you are working for the light. It is your beacon that people and other entities can identify you by. It is your ’signature’ as this gland in your body is the one that marks you as an individual. Once it has been opened it identifies your auric field in the same manner as it marks your body,

There are also many different breathing practices in the yoga tradition and these are collectively referred to as pranayama. Prana is the vital life force that animates each living cell in our bodies. The yoga tradition states that when prana flows unimpeded, the body radiates health and the mind remains sound. Conversely when prana is blocked, the result can lead to sickness, disease and depression. Pranayama will aid one in returning balance to the body, clarity to the mind and will help to relieve stress.

There is before you, and each soul on earth, a path to awakening to the pure potential of Christ light that resides within your heart-space. This light is most notable in those who are beginning to awaken during this most chaotic time period on earth. What this means is that those who are on earth at this time to recognize their divinity are here for good reason, for they hold the light packets and the infinity codes within their DNA and genetic wiring for complete transmutation of lower vibrations.

YOUR PURPOSE - These dormant aspects of your current biology offer you the ability to step outside of your limited perceptions of self and the life around you to realize the beauty of interconnectivity and oneness that surrounds you. This, my friends, is why you are on earth at this special time. This is why you have chosen to awaken at this particular stage of earths evolutionary journey.

Your purpose on this earth is none other than to awaken to the beauteous splendor of who you really are and that which expresses the joy of creation. Stepping into this role is one that requires a shedding of the old and outworn paradigms of life to begin to realize that there is more than the human eye can see and the human heart can dream. Now and in this stage of your journey, you are beginning to put the cosmic pieces of your puzzle together to form a cohesive and structured pathway that will lead you to the infinite expansion of your inner most dwelling.

This space is one that you have implanted within before your incarnation here and it is the work of your soul to guide you to this remembering. In this time in earth’s history there is the potential for a complete and total resurrection of the body of this planet and therefore, the inhabitants upon it. So then, what is your special part? What we would like to provide you with is an understanding of how the genetic aspects of human construction works to assist in awakening the human consciousness.

PERCEPTUAL REALITY - There, in the space of what you call the earth dimensions are frequencies or codes that are written into geometric grid systems of light and intelligence and connect each human to a level of understanding of perceptual reality. This grid system works to incorporate all the levels of cosmic and stellar activity within the physical embodiment of a soul. The purpose then, of these grid systems is to allow for each individual to grasp the information and consciousness of a particular field for the purpose of individual and collective awareness and experience in 3d, better known as the tangible dimensions of earth.

HARMONIC BALANCE - Your role then in this grid system is to connect with and incorporate the light that is emanating from these electromagnetic fields as they relate to you, to restore, rebalance and re-calibrate your human form. When this has been achieved, those who are ready to walk into the new and higher vibrations on earth will be prepared and well suited as they will have been guided by these unseen forces to their destiny. This is the genetic/energetic perspective. The spiritual or perspective of awareness is that one must be in a state of complete clarity and harmonic balance to achieve the level of trust and knowingness necessary to employ the missions of the soul. This state of clarity is one that is achieved by the letting go of preconceived notions of what is, what was, and what will be, to allow for the truth to become.

LIMITLESS POTENTIAL - I will expand upon that by saying that you are in a position to step onto the path of your limitless potential, should you choose it. This path is one that was set into motion by you and therefore only you can take yourself to the infinite. Taking yourself to the infinite is merely a process of allowing…should you allow yourself the greatness of who you really are, you will succeed victoriously. The path of awakening to your divine potential is one that requires little, but the requirement is one that the human ego resists. This requirement is surrendering to the experience of what is, outside of thinking.

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION - We say surrender as a form of allowing, yet surrender is often an active pursuit. TO surrender one must be in an active role of participation with the soul, and in complete faith. This active participation is the process of seeing clearly what is of egoic making, but squarely requires the muscle of trust to be developed and readily exercised. Faith then, is the only pathway to truth and finding the truth of who you are is not to be found in your thoughts, but in the experiences of the heart. This state of mind that humans created with thoughts of separation is actually the state of mind that must be transcended to affirm the afore mentioned truth.

Once this state of mind has been realized, you are then in a position to understand, with clarity and by visceral experience, the truth of your being. This is the space to not only realize your innermost desires and passion, but to begin to put them in motion. The questions that reside in the human heart are there for good reason, to remind you that you are more than you “think” you are.

INFINITE JOY - Allowing this light of truth to descend upon you is paramount to your fulfillment. Those who honor these questions of the heart, are those who courageously step on the path and claim their true power as conscious cocreators, capable of divine fulfillment and infinite joy. What then are your questions of the heart, dear souls? What is calling to you deep within the inner most recesses of your being? The answers to those calls are also within you, and the process to remembering is in your hands. You hold the power to eliminate all in your life that no longer serves you in order to make room for what does. The space that you hold is yours by definition, you must create the new space that you desire without the distractions of society or the voices of others.

You alone make this journey to your full potential, but there is help along the way. You are always guided well, but you must answer the inner call.

HARMONY AND BALANCE - Beloved ones, know that as you begin to explore the inner world of the soul, you can allow the outer world of your prior creations to disassemble with peace. You can follow the undercurrent of where your life is leading you and feel confident that you are being led by the seat of your power and expression of your higher self. This version of yourself is what will bring you into total harmony and balance through experience, and will allow for you to express that which is unexpressed.

You will come to know what you long for as you allow life to lead you, so contrarily opposed to leading your life. Most often this requires a mere shift in consciousness, for one cannot think their way to salvation. Experience is neither good nor bad, it is only what you perceive it to be, so allow for experience to alter you and you will benefit greatly. A human life has the potential for ultimate peace, love and joy, but to achieve this, one must BE the blend of such balance.

This balance is especially important in relationships for relationships require that one give and receive equally. In order to give, one must have; in order to receive, one must allow. This balance is a natural by-product of intimate relationships especially, and is achieved through the afore mentioned experiences of the heart. When one allows for the light to enter the heart-space, like-attractions become commonplace.

This ALLOWING is what manifesting is made of, synchroncities that form as a basis to living a life with ease. Often, the human ego will block these miracles by interjecting with thoughts of doubt and feelings of powerlessness as a result of a hardened heart which blocks the love that already surrounds you. Heal your heart of all that no longer serves your vision of life and the love that is already yours will come into plain view. The human being was designed to create. So then, beloved one, what will you create with your infinite power?

What will you attract with your limitless potential through the formless substance of creation? We say, uncover and BE who you are in truth and you will attract all that you ARE.

The only question remains… who are you BEING now? Blessings and miracles are bestowed upon you always, but only if you allow for them YOu can feel safe to let go, many are waiting to escort you to your destiny. These soul-mates will appear when you are ready to allow and receive them.

Waking up to ourselves describes a whole new level of being self-aware. We no longer know ourselves simply through the thoughts we have about ourselves, but we can now see these formerly self-defining thoughts as being only one small aspect of who we really are. So it can be said that awakening begins with being able to see that we have been asleep in the state of thought. Looking at this same idea from the other way around, to be spiritually asleep means that we are not conscious of our own thoughts, and are convinced these thoughts and feelings are the same as us. This sleep state has far-reaching implications

When we don’t know we are in thought, then the choices these thoughts make can’t be said to be our choices. This discovery explains much about how we often unwittingly choose our own undoing.

Now, add to this insight that our lives move at the speed of our thoughts. Suddenly we can see why we tend to crash as often as we do. There is no real driver aboard! Once this discovery is confirmed in us — through observation of it by a part of us that can see into this thought nature instead of seeing from it — we become interested in making a whole new kind of choice in life. We want to be awake to ourselves more than we want the comfort of the dreams that our thought nature creates. We are willing to invest more of our attention in seeing where we go to sleep to ourselves in ourselves.

When we will come wide awake, bringing ourselves fully into the present moment, thoughts cannot travel into it with us. With even a small willingness on our part to enter the Perfect Present, it is possible for us to experience the consistently new, thought-free, and untroubled Now.

In this higher, timeless realm, we are free not to do what we no longer find worthwhile. For instance, we don’t have to relive our past again and again. We don’t have to fear the future, because it ceases to exist as a fearful place in the true here and now. With all of this in mind, use the following special lessons and exercises to help you come awake and remain in the untroubled Now.

Whenever you do find you have suddenly come awake to yourself, your first inner task (besides welcoming this awakening) is to work to remain within this self-elevating presence. The difficulty is that this still, small, briefly awake part of you gets quickly overruled and run over by habitually sleeping “I’s” effectively returning you back into a state of undetected psychic slumber. This is why, whenever you do find yourself a bit more awake than the moment before — wherever you may be, or whatever you may be doing — deliberately align yourself with this inwardly breaking light. Will yourself over to its will that you be awake. Seek ways to lengthen its stay within you by embracing these moments this awakened-ness has brought you. In other words, do all that you can to stay awake.

One exercise in self-awakening is to begin to see that when certain types of thoughts or feelings pour into you, they bring certain pre-known qualities with them that lull you to sleep in their welcome familiarity. When detecting these agents, voluntarily struggle not to go to sleep. Refuse to recline in the comfort of these habitual states.

Other inner practices may include deliberately speaking with people at an undetected fraction of your normal speed so that while you are conversing, you will start to see and feel inside of yourself a whole host of thoughts never before known by you because of their formerly habitual pace and place within you. Through this now-conscious contrast created by consciously slowing yourself down you will be kept awake and rather than falling to sleep, and into trouble, you will gain new strength and insights into the truth of yourself.

Whenever you can, and as often as you are able (right now for instance) just come aware of yourself, of that to which you are inwardly connected. This awareness of what you are in relationship with in the moment instantly changes your relationship. Come awake over and over again in this way, and watch how new and higher energies, and their commensurate inner states, make a happy home in you.

You are indeed being pushed, prodded as it were in this transformational time on your planet. We nudge you into action. For you have made an agreement to participate largely in the birthing of the expanded human species and the planet herself. You have been encoded with frequencies of light which are now being stimulated, causing you to rouse from the slumberous realms of this earthly existence. For it is time to wake, time to engage with and open more fully to the light that now permeates your being. This light is a source of truth and wisdom which awakens in you the memories of times past, and the skills which you have brought forth into this existence in time. The expertise which you can provide is needed in service to the great awakening of humankind.

We urge you to open to Source. We urge you to let go of fear and the lesser dramas which would keep you focused on shadows instead of light. For within the depths of your being, the light of Source shines as brightly as a thousand suns, and its brilliance beckons your human vessel to expand its edges so as to take on expanded levels of light. For your physical body is as a container, a ‘houser’ of light and love, and as you clear from past dramas and foundations of old, you increase your capacity to hold more light.

Never before has there been such potential on your planet for the human component to merge with the light of expanded being. What a sight to behold, the gift that humanity now brings to the unity of the cosmos. We of the higher realms have been watching and waiting, all the while holding to the hope that you would indeed awaken to the truth of your divine heritage. For the time of transformation is at hand. Humanity is now afforded the opportunity to transcend the life of limitation and shadow, moving into the dimensions of light.

We applaud your efforts to the cause of freedom. We support your continued expansion. All possibility lies before you at this time. The choice to respond to the ‘cosmic nudge’ is ultimately yours, but we prod you into consciousness and mission. For there is much to be done as the birthing of a new reality comes to fruition. We invite you to act as midwives, to support and encourage others as the laboring continues and the birth pangs become more apparent to all. For the child of earth will now come to be the child of eternity. The earth herself has labored in love through time, providing the womb of future creation. Her time has come. Support her and her children as they awaken. Remind them not to give in to fear, but to remain centered in love, as the truth inherent in the transition dawns upon them.

As you sense the nudge from higher realms, open to acknowledge the community of light from whence you have come and the call to greater service which stands before you. Invite our participation with you. Open to higher guidance. Allow expanded truth now to infuse your being for the journey ahead. We urge you to respond to our heartfelt invitation. We seek to engage your partnership in the Divine Plan. We need conscious and alert partners to help champion the cause of freedom. For the birthing is upon us. There is no allowance for reversal in this. Know that all is as it should be. Let us move together to witness the birth of the expanded consciousness of humankind, which causes ripples of love to reverberate throughout the cosmos.

Is life challenging you to take a bigger leap? Are you restless with the status quo of your daily routine? Do you feel you are flying blind with an invisible co-pilot? Often times, the soul calls to us in the midst of a crises or two-by-four. When pieces of your heart are all over the floor there’s a quickening that seems to come from the beyond.

In those moments it’s difficult to pull our attention away from the hurt, fear or disappointment. Our mind searches for how to clean up the mess - not what is the greater learning. The heart feels raw - not ready to expand. You might be experiencing a soul call!

“Ah,” says the heart. “I’ve been waiting for this. But there’s static on the line.” Learning how to shift frequencies and tune in to the soul channels requires us to get quiet, get present and get out of the way.

Tune In to the Soul

*Get Quiet - Soul speaks through stillness. Finding a quiet time to go within, silence the monkey mind through breathing or chanting allows the body to settle and relax. Then we hear the deep stirrings of the sound that quickens the heart.

Soul listening is tuning in. When we dial in the frequency a profound peace and well-being floods our body. Operating from an inner place of peace, rather than fear or anxiety, permeates the space in which we move and have our being.

Soul time is expansive, not hurried or driven. A client remarked the other day, ” I always thought my stress came from having too much to do and an inability to say ‘no’. Now I realize that if I continually see with my soul eye’s there’s plenty of time. I am content. There’s not a lot of wasted energy and time spent in worry, or anxiety about doing it right. AND I get so much more done. “

*Get Present - Turning inside away from the world and it’s distractions feels foreign to your reactive human nature. “Won’t life be boring?” your head asks. Soul’s agenda is learning, growth, expansion and revelation. Regrets about the past or worrying about the future takes energy and focus away from what is here - now.

All “channels” to and from the divine must be cleared of obstructions. A channel can be anything that serves to receive inspiring thoughts, intuitive hunches, body sensations, heart openings or light “Pay Attention” taps on the shoulder. The most common distortions are caused by old beliefs about our ’story’. Because the human nature’s job is to maintain the status quo of ‘what has come before’ it can kick up quite a bit of doubt and confusion. Compassion, acceptance, loving and patience (all attributes of the soul) equip the cocreator when old conditioning reminds you of past mistakes, the cost of not being right or in control, and fear of failure.

*Get Out of the Way - Messages from the Soul provide direction and reassurance. Many times the message is to do nothing. Asking for and living the highest good reminds me that spirit’s timing can test the best of intentions to stay patient. Getting limiting actions, beliefs and fears out of the way brings in new discoveries about the nature of God.

1. The highest good teaches me about God. It’s like saying, “God, this is yours. I don’t’ have any idea what needs to happen here really. I know what I would like, but I don’t see the bigger picture. You do. So I’m letting and allowing you to show me the revelation so I can grow in my understanding of you. “

2.The highest good invites me to stay neutral and impersonal. As a Spiritual scientist I can let go of a desired outcome saying, “I wonder how God is going to work this one out?” or “OK God, do your stuff. I am looking forward to seeing the highest good in this situation. “

Imagine a world in which relationships are woven of heavens instead of hells? Imagine a planet of people so committed to inner growth and expansiveness that no one would be allowed to go hungry or homeless? Impossible, you say? Idealistic? To the soul, who lives in limitlessness and knows your magnificence, the answers to these dilemmas are already present. Ask today to see with those eyes and respond to the call. All will be blessed.

There is an awakening of consciousness occurring within humanity. You are part of a small but rapidly growing segment of the population that is awakening. You are amongst the first to develop that inner knowing and who recognize the shift in consciousness that is occurring in the world. Spirit is guiding you to read this. You have been called: to awaken from the dream and remember who you are and why you were born in order to fulfill the purpose of your existence. Those that are drawn to read this message are the ones ready to enlighten.

Go within and become fully conscious of what this means. How does it feel? Does it resonate as being true for you? Go into that feeling, go to its source; follow it to the very core of your being. Read again the first paragraph slowly and if any of it does not feel right or you are not sure, go within and feel that out too. There is a purpose to your existence that is bigger than all the things your mind thinks you need or want. There is a bigger play that you are a part of that your own mind may not even be aware of. This is your moment of realization. This message also serves as an acknowledgement and confirmation of that which you are. That which was, is and will be regardless of your form, name, time or place.

One of the last tests those who have already awakened come to is the illusion of already being enlightened. A sense of “I” that identifies with having attained something, knows something or be something. If there is anything to prove, that’s a red flag. If there is superiority, exclusivity or making other groups or ideas “wrong” that’s a red flag too. Thinking you know, or don’t know, is still thinking. Your spirit is already free. A trying time is ahead on the Earth, as the old economic and social structures which supported the development of individualized ego based consciousness are now rapidly becoming obsolete. The transformation of the physical Earth is happening in tandem with the transformation of humanity’s collective consciousness, and with the transformation of the physical structures which support consciousness.

At this time all aid and assistance is being sent to the Earth to help all of her inhabitants to awaken spiritually and to empower those lightworkers and teachers who are present on the Earth to move into their next level of empowered service to the One. Some souls are able to perceive this increased level of spiritual support, and other souls are not yet able to because of the increased levels of fear present within so many who do not know how their physical lives will be sustained.

Your unique contribution to this global spiritual awakening process can be discovered by going deeply within to find the source of your heart’s longing. What activities, energies and people do you naturally gravitate towards? What gives you the most joy? What does your heart hunger for? Many open hearted souls who see the suffering on the Earth are asking “what can I do to help?” The answer lies here, in the longing of your heart, which will guide you towards the arenas of service and learning that you need to fulfill your soul’s divine purpose.

Beloved ones, at this time the energies of light are strengthening more quickly on the Earth, which is once again accelerating in a more dramatic fashion the process of purification. What this means is that long held and long entrenched patterns that have been in need of healing can now be more easily released and transformed into light.

Some souls have already given up in despair, feeling that that things cannot change, and that they will always be stuck with the burdens they have bravely carried for eons. We say to you who labor under the heavy weight of darkness that you WILL be freed, and that the living presence of God’s light WILL shift even those things that feel impossible, un-redeemable and unbearable.

The purification process of the Earth is reaching a new level now, one that will begin to finally manifest the light of God physically and tangibly on the Earth. For this to happen most completely, it is necessary to pass through the release of the old pains, to endure the previously unbearable thoughts and feelings, and to let go and allow what needs to end to end completely. Free yourself from the past, and focus your attention here and now with God, in God and as God.

You are God’s divine and holy creation, one with all that is and one with yourself, even now when you may feel incomplete, afraid or alone. This Oneness and completeness that you are is revealing itself to you more fully each day, as God’s light strengthens on the Earth and makes possible the new and expanded perceptions of spiritual reality. Invite this divine and holy presence into your life, into your consciousness and into your heart. LOVING YOURSELF - Strange as it may seem, the starting point for love awakening begins with loving yourself. Most people don’t. Do you? Loving yourself means seeing yourself as an unfolding masterpiece rather than a failure. Loving yourself means giving yourself inner love talk rather than inner criticism. Loving yourself means setting boundaries that protect your well-being rather than letting others misuse you. Loving yourself means giving yourself solitude to become quiet and reflect rather than moving through a million tasks without taking a breath. Loving yourself means taking time to let your heart and actions be in alignment with universal Love rather than struggling alone to find answers. How awake are you to loving yourself this well?

CREATING INTIMACY - As your love grows from loving yourself, you become more naturally effective in loving others. You learn how to create intimacy by asking love questions, such as “What’s the most significant thing going on in your life?” Or even more intimately, “What’s going on in your heart?” You become comfortable speaking from the heart, listening without interrupting, saying, “Tell me more,” and reflecting back what you heard so they know you actually listened. This is what it means to be a love master – an expert at creating love with others.

And it’s so very easy. Here’s an example of how simple but amazing love questions can be in creating intimacy, even with strangers.

RADIATING LOVE - All this love radiating creates maximum opportunity for you to meet and enjoy other soul mates and to also meet the love mate you deserve – regardless of your age. Why? Because you are coming to this relationship as complete through loving yourself. And you are also bringing to that relationship the immense amount of love skills that you have been practicing as a love master. Why wait to practice the fullness of your love?

Radiating this higher level of love can attract the same quality of love to you in the form of the right love mate. Your practice of loving all others will also create, within you, the capacity to sustain peace and joy with your right love mate when this unfolds.

OPPORTUNITIES - Experiencing the love you deserve is a beautiful outcome of love awakening. It may seem impossible to you, but as you love yourself well and learn how to love others well, your life will radiate an irresistible radiance that creates waves of new love opportunities in your life.

And even though finding the love mate of your dreams would seem to be the ultimate fulfillment in life (and it is immensely fulfilling), one of the extraordinary outcomes of loving yourself, loving others as a love master, and experiencing the love you deserve is that your heart opens even wider.

With all this love supporting you, your heart can reach out to a world crying for your attention, compassion and help. You become more tuned in to the suffering in the world, the wars, the injustices, the abuse, the emotional struggles, and so many hearts in need. You realize, that, because of the high level of love that you have anchored within your own life, you are now able to respond to the larger world.

OPEN HEART - Your energy is not tangled in hating yourself, avoiding others and feeling desperate for love. You have awakened to the wisdom of cherishing yourself, loving others magnificently, and meeting your love mate at this high level of love awakening. You finally have the open heart and skills and wisdom to help the larger world around you. You begin to find your higher Soul post – the work that calls you into highest service to those around you.

EXPANDING LOVE - And as your love expands, still maintaining the grounding in love alignment, loving yourself, treating others around you as a love master, and enjoying the deep bond of the love you deserve, your heart begins to also sense the Earth’s great need for your love. In many ways, most of us are too busy trying to love ourselves or meet a love mate, or trying to succeed in our occupation to really give the Earth the care and attention that she needs, even though we have many warning signs – global warming, disappearing rain forests, and massive toxins spilling into her body.

So, in our expanding love awakening, our hearts start tuning in at a wider level of engagement. But the love awakening doesn’t even stop there. As we stand on the Earth and look up and outwards, there is an infinite universe in which the Earth is a tiny sphere – and we are just at the infant stages of exploring this universe. We don’t even know what awaits us in this infinite unknown, but our love expands to embrace the larger universe of our lives.

ACCEPTING DIVERSITY - We may eventually – or soon – encounter other beings beyond Earth and we are going to need the love skills and a big enough heart to accept wide diversity. We will need to be experts at creating dialogue and intimacy. We will need to be masters at creating peace instead of war, and unity instead of separation.

This is the expansive potential of love awakening ahead in our lives – and it’s infinite. But that is the nature of love – and the essence of rich, overflowing possibility within each of us.

It is known by those of you who may be reading this, that humanity is evolving and upgrading to a higher state of consciousness. What this means is that the human body and mind, are being rewired. Your DNA is what you might say, unraveling its layers; as it does so it is exposing the body and mind to energies that have an opening affect on all levels.

During this processing and upgrading period, you, your life and your Earth are spiritually expanding through the process of change. Change brings about challenges which affect all levels of experience. Many have been moving through challenges such as vocational changes; financial fluctuations, relationship overhauls and feelings of depression, loss and confusion. If that’s not enough, there is a struggling to maintain balance and equilibrium in all areas of life, including the Earth itself.

Humans are begging for peace of mind; peace for the Earth and all of its inhabitants. For that to take place there must be a willingness to come out of hiding and re-evaluate every thought, every feeling and every belief that has been buried under self-denial. This must take place first on personal levels, before the human condition on the Earth can change.

Every day people wonder why the “All Knowing Power” they call God/The Divine Source/Christ Consciousness or Love, isn’t instantly and magically healing the planet and everyone on it. It’s because dear ones, this is a planet of free-will. Everyone’s free-will is not only different in many varied ways… it is also at war with other free-wills. Just look at the many variations of cultures and governments that are not willing to resolve their problems with other cultures and governments. Not only is there individual free-will in the mix, there is also the mass consciousness free-will to add to the chaos.

Yes it seems many humans are losing Faith in that Higher Power they once believed would do anything for them, but It still is dear ones. That Higher Power is giving you not only what you need, but what you have asked for. It is the reason why you are here on this Earth now. You have asked to be given the strength and awareness to clean up and heal what you have played a part in creating in lifetime after lifetime on the earth. You came back at this moment in time because you now have the wisdom to heal yourself and your world, but it begins with you.

The powerlessness you may feel in being able to change and heal anything right now, is false, and it is causing you to look outside yourself to a power that separates you from your higher knowing and the Higher Power you so want to believe in. Wars, crimes, greed and selfishness are all about one power battling another power for supremacy, but that isn’t really power is it… it’s force. Force divides and separates. It controls, demands and destroys integrity and dignity on all levels.

TRUE POWER - True Power is about teachers and leaders, whose words are listened to because they are respected for their integrity and not for their station in life. A person with true power can bring about balance because he/she has a strong willingness and deep understanding of the parts that make up the Whole. True Power is about compassion, a reverence if you will for all of life. It’s about love, communication, harmlessness, honesty and peaceful resolutions.

SO WHERE IS THIS POWER? It’s inside of you; it’s in everyone and all that is required is the willingness to uncover and reveal it. How is this done you ask? It’s important to understand that unless you are ready to look deeply inside your feelings and emotions with the help of the heart, you won’t find what you are afraid of. And if you don’t… fear and denial will continue to hide your power from you. And though you have managed to hide what you are afraid of from your conscious mind, you can’t hide the relatives of fear, named anger, selfishness, arrogance, jealousy, greed, self-doubt, self ridicule and self-hate.

If you watch your thoughts during your daily routine, you will realize just how much those nosey relatives of fear pop into your mind. Circumstances that trigger them can make them seem impossible to control because that is when they have the upper hand.

Taking time to catch yourself when one of fears’ relatives surfaces and tries to sabotage you in some way, is a place for you to begin asking questions. Questions like: “Why do I feel angry? Why am I feeling such self-doubt?” Or whatever the case may be.

Don’t accept only the first answer that comes to you, because there are answers under answers that go much deeper and deeper in side your mind and heart. When you have time to quietly relax by yourself somewhere, ask the questions again and at that time, allow yourself to feel emotion from the answer. If the answer is superficial it is not the deepest answer, or that particular relative, such as anger, would not have been there in the first place. Keep doing this questioning daily for as long as it takes for you to find the root belief, the feeling and emotion that you have buried inside your heart and denied expression. At that point, you will then decide if the fear can still serve your life, once it is transformed into something positive. For instance the fear could be used as a helpful warning device now that you are aware of it, instead of a controlling device. But if the fear no longer serves you, heal and bless it and let it go.

It is understood that no one can heal what they bury and hide from themselves, no matter how “spiritually aware” they may be. Your body and mind hold onto fearful beliefs until they are transformed into something that can be used as an asset in your life, or let go. Once fear is transformed, your deeper knowing or intuition will give you guidance in making the choices that will work best for you.

By listening to your inner feelings you will learn to act in the moment, instead of reacting to protect the fear. Often it takes several tries to transform a belief or fear into something that serves you in your life There are many teachers that can help you in that area if need be. If a fear you thought you were free of resurfaces, lovingly say to it, “It’s okay, I know you are just watching out for me, but you are free to go where you are needed and I thank you for your service. ”

Positive thinking methods do not heal denial. Denial is also fear. Positive thinking methods usually serve as a band aid. They cover the wound (fear) until it heals just enough to hide under the surface and seemingly disappear. But the other levels of your body and mind remember the wound (fear) and how much it had hurt. Every time that memory is triggered by something on the surface, the pain is remembered and felt on some level, again and again because the emotional, and or physical wound isn’t healed on the deeper levels of your being. It’s hiding under the surface of your conscious mind where you have buried and forgotten it. When it hurts you feel it but only through its relatives of anger, self-doubt, depression and a feeling of not being safe.

AWAKEN TO YOUR TRUE POWER - It’s time to end the game of hide and seek and reveal all that is hiding you from you; you from me and me from you. It’s time to awaken to your True Power by awakening on all levels of your being. The true feelings and needs that you hide (denial) protect the fear, not you. It is that truth that will set you free. That truth will connect you to the true power that lives inside of you and is one with the One Power that created the Universe. It begins with you who are reading this. Are you ready?

It is time… time to take back your control through the innate strength and wisdom you all have. True Power is uncovered by digging beneath what you avoid inside of you and transforming, instead of ignoring. Dealing with the root issues that create not only what you fear, but what those fears have taught you to believe, need to be healed and changed. In doing that, you will greatly increase the healing process for yourself which will then help to heal the world. The rewiring process will then be able to take place more easily and naturally because you will have helped clear the way.

Dearest Beloved Children of God, the transformation of your physical world is about to enter a new level, and there are some preparations being made now to welcome this new influx of light. There are some souls who are now experiencing an activation of their spiritual mission. Those who have been conscious of and working towards the manifesting of their spiritual life’s work for a number of years are gong to be placed more directly into the circumstances and condition needed to activate their service to God.

There are also a large number of souls who have begun to awaken spiritually in the past few years, which will be entering into a new phase of their spiritual process. The awakening process has stages, and these steps have been accelerating in speed and intensity for a number of years now.

Sometimes there can be what feels like a very long, seemingly endless period of staying in the same relative stage of development, waiting and praying to move forward. You may feel as though God has forgotten you, as time passes and all that which you long for continues to be still unmanifest. Then suddenly, it all shifts, without warning and you may find yourself catapulted into a new stage of life, a new consciousness, or a completely new life.

There are many sudden changes ahead, and these will assist all souls to move more directly into a present moment awareness of the new light that is emerging on the Earth. You can prepare yourself by creating an intention to connect at the deepest level of your being with God within you. This simple prayer will clear the pathway between your divine soul nature and your physically embodied self, thereby opening you to inner spiritual guidance, intuition, and greater light.

There are also new supports now around you, made available by the growing presence of divine light on the Earth. To receive these supports, ask and pray to be guided to those individuals and groups you need to be connected with now. These will begin to appear in your life, seemingly out of thin air, as that which was previously invisible begins to be revealed to the world.

This divine and holy time was pre-ordained before the dawn of time, and is coming into manifestation now. A new a sacred Earth is about to be born. You are participating in this cosmic event which will deeply transform all of humanity. With all love and blessings, Amen.
