Reasons not to use tinyurl and the likes.
So why? Its simple I’m not going to give you a 12 pages article on this little topic but then, do you feel comfortable when someone asks you to click something like this tinyurl.com/89jfh?
Absolutely not so why are you not comfortable? The answer to this question is even easier as lots of malicious people have used link cloakers like that to hack into systems by first passing you through the attacker’s web server and then redirecting you to a legitimate site or you might get redirected to £bay.com instead of ebay.com and your password will be stolen – account compromised.
Because of this, I make it a rule not to click on links containing tinyurl, ti.com/kkdkdk, firerurl.com/kddk…. and I know lots of people do the same thing I do so what can you do to protect your commissions and at the same time make people feel comfortable with your?
The answer is here - leadsleap provides you with links that look like this http://www.leadsleap.com/go/21988 plus they also give you free autoresponder scripts, unique bonuses to help you grow your business that you would have had to buy.
Now I don’t know about tinyurl, but leadleap gives you the option of displaying ads at the top to any site of your choice + statistics about the cloaked links – number of clicks, unique visitors…
Now did I mention that all these is free really free and no catch. At the end of the day, you get professional looking cloaked links with the your customers, readers and you satisfied.
Now I almost forgot, they also give you free ppc ads to help you to bring traffic to your sites. What more can you ask for?
